The Luxury Villa

Lose yourself in our stunning Villa...

Our high end luxury villa is situated in the beautiful area of Santa Ponca. Just 15 minutes from the city centre of Palma and 5 minutes from golden sea beaches, the villa sleeps up to 14 people. The villa measures 566 square meters and covers two floors. With 8 luxurious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 3 terraces the villa comes complete with 3 large living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, an indoor gym and activity area with table tennis, pool table, trampoline and darts. The stunning outdoor pool is a key feature of the villa where you can relax and recover from your training sessions.

The Myo Fitness Retreat was the perfect balance of chill out time, workouts per day and activities. I’ve found with other retreats there is not enough time to relax and too many activities planned, this was perfect! My personal favourite part was the bike ride which was beautiful and so much fun. Lloyd and David were super organised and made our experience so much fun!

Lloyd Ellett

Former England International and professional boxing champion, with over 10 years experience teaching Boxing Fitness and Functional Training to clients across Europe. Lloyd combines his extensive first hand knowledge of boxing and the professional fitness industry, with his Bsc Sports and Exercise Science Degree to deliver cutting-edge fitness experiences.

Igor Santos

Igor Santos is a professional acrobat and an expert in his field, having featured in the world famous Cirque Du Soleil. Originating from Brazil, Igor brings a unique dimension to Myo Fitness Retreat with his Acro Fit classes, combining movement, strength and flexibility to create a fun and challenging class.

Julia Mander

Julia is a yoga and meditation teacher. She started her yoga career in 2006, in Vienna, Austria. After having lived a few years in California, she had the big chance to study with wonderful, great yoga teachers. Julia aims to inspire, support and encourage all participants of the retreat.

David Gomez

Owner of one of the most innovative gyms in Mallorca, FitClub Mallorca. With more than 10 years in the fitness and sports nutrition industry, David is a qualified personal trainer specialising in Functional and Strength and Conditioning training and advanced sports nutrition.

Bike Ride

Explore the stunning coast line of Mallorca on two wheels

Starting in Palma, we begin our 30km ride and follow the cycle path along the coast to Arenal, taking in the sights of the Palma Cathedral and beaches of Portixol and many more along the way.

There will be plenty of impressive photo opportunities along the way, including Palma Cathedral and endless sea views. We will stop at the picturesque beach town of Portixol on the way back for coffee/refreshments.

Beach Hike

Stunning views and great cardio!

Our beach hike provides you with a piece of history and culture combined with beautiful scenery and idyllic beaches.

Starting in Sol de Mallorca, we take you off the beaten track en route to the historic beach caves of Portals Vells. 

The route will take us through 3 beaches, via Cala Figuera, with amazing sea views and plenty of opportunities to cool off in the sea as we make our way to Portals Vells.

There are also 2 great beach restaurants on the way for any extra refreshments required.

Once we arrive at Portals Vells, it’s up to you if you wish to sun bathe on the rocks, chill on the sandy beach, cool off in the sea or explore the historical caves. 

The bay of Portals Vells is also a hotspot for boats and yachts, a stunning scenery combined with the caves and surrounding rockface. After spending some time at Portals Vells, the group head back through the beautiful beaches to Sol De Mallorca, where our transfer back to the villa awaits.

The beach hike in total is around 4km, and is the perfect combination of an active recovery session, opportunity to experience a different side of Mallorca and discover more of this beautiful island. 

Paddle Surfing

A fun, full body workout

A fun addition to the Retreat and an activity you can’t experience everywhere. You will be taken by a fully qualified team and taught how to paddle surf. Not only great fun but a great activity for cardio and core strength…. Not to mention amazing beach views.


We will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner plus snacks and a detox smoothie each day.

Using only locally sourced produce.  All specific nutritional & dietary requirements will be catered for.


Here is where it all begins...

Upon arrival at Palma International Airport, Sunday 15th September, your transfer will be there to collect you.

The evening will consist of checking into the luxury villa, getting comfortable, meeting the others and a relaxing healthy dinner. Each day will begin with a morning detox juice before heading to the beach or poolside for our first session.

The first training session of the day will start at 9am daily, the second at 1pm and evening yoga/meditation before dinner at 7pm. Between sessions all participants have time to relax in the villa and at the pool, chill by the beach or explore the local area.

Yes. As much as we would love to switch off completely, we understand an internet connection is a must for contact with family and friends and important work tasks!

Our guests come in all shapes and sizes. Our guests come in all shapes, sizes, ages, and workout levels. All of our fitness instructors are able to tailor the workout to provide challenging yet doable exercise.  No stress, no competition, no judgment.  Myo Fitness Retreats aims to provide a supportive environment so you feel comfortable trying new things.

As long as you let us know in advance, we can work with our chef to accommodate all of your dietary needs.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be prepared and served on site by our on site chef. Upon booking we will send you a questionnaire to identify any allergies, intolerances or preferences and will send you our menu. All eating requirements are catered for and will be identified when you book your stay.

Yes there will be a large selection of snacks including fruit, protein bars and other healthy products.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided, as are healthy snacks, but if there is something in particular you would like there are scheduled supermarket transfers in your itinerary, or an extra transfer can be arranged at your expense.

Alcohol is not included in the retreat price, but you are always welcome to purchase alcohol locally and consume it during the retreat.

Check in is typically 3pm or later, depending on the policies of the location.  The opening activity on the first day of each retreat begins at approximately 6 pm, so we encourage everyone to arrive in time to participate.  Check out is typically by 4pm, depending on the policies of the location.  We understand that flight times and schedules can be unpredictable, though, so we are able to make reasonable adjustments if your flights fall outside those time periods.

Retreats last 6 nights, typically running from Sunday to Saturday or Monday to Sunday.  If you need to cut your time short a bit, let us know and we’ll work with you.

Definitely. Myo Fitness Retreats often draws people who are traveling alone.  Though you may start out solo, you won’t be alone.  We provide an environment that fosters bonding during the retreat so that you are guaranteed to leave with a whole new set of friends.

Myo Fitness Retreats attracts women of all ages from 20s to 70s with the majority of our guest being in their 30s and 40s.

Of course!  Just let us know in advance and we’ll make sure you are sharing a room. We always have rooms double or 2 single bed rooms available.

We offer a limited number of single rooms on most retreats.  If you are interested in a single room, book early to ensure you will have a space of your own.

We will email you a suggested packing list, specific to the retreat you are attending, upon booking trip.

Yes extra services are available at an additional cost. Prior to your arrival (and again upon arrival) you will receive our extra services menu which consists of on site massage, personal training (with one of the members of our team), hairdressing and beauty treatments.

Renting a car is not necessary.  We will assist in arranging your airport transfers to and from the villa or hotel at your expense, and we will provide complimentary transportation to any excursions during the retreat.  If you anticipate that you will want to go out on your own during the retreat, you are welcome to rent a car and/or we can arrange for a taxi or car service for you at your expense.
